Mustang Isle Condominium is located in lovely Port Aransas, Texas, a town of 3,770 on the northern tip of Mustang Island, across the harbor from Corpus Christi and just 15 miles north of Padre Island National Sea Shore.

Mustang Island is considered one of the top birding sites in North America, and is considered the best in Texas for fishing in the Gulf of Mexico.

Mustang Isle Condominium is the perfect retreat for birdwatchers, bathers, beachcombers, fishermen and women, sailors, windsurfers, surfers, crabbers, and folks who just want to relax by the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

  • The condominium is just a block and a sand dune from the beach. A five-minute walk will place you on our 18 miles of beautiful, uncluttered beaches!

  • We offer one and two bedroom, fully furnished units with kitchens. Our units are comfortable and feel like home. We also feature a fish house to clean your fresh catch! We have an outdoor shower, and a patio with charcoal grills and picnic tables for your enjoyment. A coin operated laundry is located on grounds.

  • Mustang Isle Condominium is located at 2025 South 11th Street. We are within the city limits of Port Aransas, in the southern part of the town in a quite residential area, with convenient stores and restaurants near by.

  • Mustang Isle Condominium vacation rentals are now managed by Gulf Breeze Resort Management and Starkey Property Management , two Port Aransas-based companies.
